OK, this mark the 1st evening to work on homework.
Yes, this mark the 1st evening i gotta work on homework. Nope, not mine, but my daughter's. Yes, she's still in kindy and nowadays, kindy means starts of homework. It makes me remembered all those craft that i gotto work on during schooling days.
i wasn't aware about the home work until the teacher spoke to me last Friday's morning. The teacher spoke in such urgency and seriousness that gets my attention. I thought it was just a simple craft project, but then, when she spoke to me personally, a part of me believe that i'm responsible to complete the craft project too !
When i asked Cassie about it, she told me that when she submit the project, she will get Jellies from her teachers! :) haha, that's her motivation. After all, the world is in a simple pink for a 5 years old.
So, there we were just now, doing all the cutting and pasting, completing the crafts together. i knew in my heart, this will officially be the first evening of many more that i somehow gotta complete the crafts/projects together with my lil' chic !
I know it's nothing... afterall, helping lil' chic with homework is something i'm 'supposed' to do as a parent. But then, i know it means a lot to her. It means that i'm supportive and i'm always available, helpful and pay a lot of attention on her school work. Well, if this is what's needed, so be it.
